In the book «Am Zunfttisch» (At The Table of the Guilds) you can find surprising stories and amazing anecdotes about the last 500 years of the city and canton of Bern. These tales from the city always focus on the culinary arts, the food and the drinking. There are also 30 new recipes created by the chef and director of the Casino Bern, Ivo Adam.
The book is a hardback with pigeon blue canvas, and black hot foil, bookmark and headbands. The dust jacket has a round die-cut on the front cover.
